We are an innovative marketing services company, seeking a new core team member who will bring to our team a mix of project management, client services, and creative savvy to serve our growing family of national and global clients, including the Fortune 500.

Project and Relationship Management


  • Support Blue Green team members in a variety of functions, projects and tasks – from tactical to strategic efforts in current client services and operations.
  • Take the lead role in managing projects against specific goals and scope, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Be a driver of agile projects both internally, and externally, helping to keep track of and prioritize deliverables and milestones, maintaining focus on the primary business objectives.
  • Attend client meetings. This includes setting up meetings, drafting agendas, assigning and delegating action items, among other core project management tasks. Most importantly, this involves bringing our unique expertise to the table, to help determine the best courses of action in service of delivering maximum client value.
  • Support the development of strategic marketing efforts, designed to impact clients’ core business metrics.

Marketing Strategy and Analysis


  • Execute regular analysis and reporting of key project KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and custom reporting with Excel and/or more modern analytic tools (e.g. pivot tables, regression analysis, etc).
  • Help create and deliver presentations that keep clients informed, present actionable insights, and keep project stakeholders engaged in the process.


Relationships & Market


  • This position will be require the cultivation of collegial, collaborative, and productive relationships with current clients as well as internal Blue Green team members.
  • Help identify trends by researching the martech industry, publications, and announcements; attend related events/conferences; help identify creative trends, customer needs and opportunities.
  • Be a GSD (Getting Stuff Done!) contributor for team members and the company.

Experience, Skills, and Profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration; or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of account or project management experience.
  • Detail oriented—you take pride in getting it done right. You strive for perfection, but achieve balance.
  • Domestic or international travel up to 25%.
  • Passionately collaborative and enjoy working in teams and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intellectually curious and keenly interested in traditional and digital marketing.
  • Possess a good eye for functional design and an awareness of the latest and evolving practice in user experience design.
  • Enthusiastic brainstormer, ready to bring energy and new ideas to the creative process.
  • Willing to contribute to other business needs, such as operational improvements and business development.
  • Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Keynote, Project Management software, such as Airtable.
  • You view yourself as an intelligent and flexible generalist, yet have the specific skills and capabilities that we need on our team.
  • Aptitude for (experience ideal) leveraging internal and external resources, both technical and creative.
  • Aptitude for (prior success ideal) navigating complex organizational challenges.
  • Comfortable with existing in an entrepreneurial, loosely structured and energized environment.
  • Fascinated by and believe deeply in Blue Green’s mission: maximizing marketing possibilities, efficiency and eliminating waste.
